CNC Lathe Machinist
What You’ll Do
- Manufacture products with tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.
- Read blueprints and follow shop traveler instructions.
- Operate and program CNC lathes and machining centers, including Mazak, Integrex, and Southwestern (Trak) lathes.
- Write or modify CNC programs (G-Code) as needed.
- Maintain a clean workspace and perform daily equipment maintenance.

CNC Mill Machinist
What You’ll Do
- Manufacture high-quality components with tight tolerances and smooth finishes.

- Operate and program CNC mills and machining centers, including Mazak and Southwestern (Trak) mills, as well as manual milling machines.
- Write or modify CNC programs (G-Code) as needed.
- Keep the work area clean and perform daily equipment maintenance.

Press Break Operator / Assembler
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate sheet metal brakes to shape and form metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read blueprints and use them to ensure precise measurements and quality assembly.
- Select and install correct tooling, making adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Regularly check for defects, inconsistencies, and ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Assemble metal products according to instructions, ensuring the finished parts meet all specifications.
- Maintain a clean work area and perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
What You Bring
- Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up, adjust, and operate sheet metal brake equipment.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Physical capability to lift and handle heavy sheet metal materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Monday to Friday: 6:00 am–3:00 pm
- We pride ourselves on maintaining steady work for our team, even during slower periods, by assigning additional duties like assembly, delivery, or sandblasting when needed.
